Slow flipps and loops??

Hi Albert and everyone.

During todays flight I've noticed that my xtreme are very slow in the flipps, also in loopings it cycles very slow.
I have maxed everything according to the manual's very responsive settings.

Can some one please advise what to do?

I will change the paddles to super stubz, might help some.

Regards
Patrik

Mine one is the 2nd most aggressive mode with original paddle only. It is quite sensitive for 3D already . . .

What's the swashmix you set in the transmitter ? What's the headspeed rpm are you flying ?

My head speed is 1900rpm on idleup2.
My swashmix, I have tried 60 up to 85%, I believe I run, around 60% on my Hurricane 550.

A couple things I have been suggested to adjust.

I have screwd my paddles as far in as possible, I have now set them as far out as possible,
linksettings, on the washout arms, outer.
These setting are suggested by others who had a slight slow cyclic responce, I will try them tomorrow.

Hi PatrikJ,

You may try "Bh2 + S2 + Mb2 + Mh2". Most of our X50 in Hong Kong are flyhing this configure for 3D. if you want super fast response, you may try "Mh3" !! Headspeed : try 2000rpm

Okej, if the setting I have now isn't any good I'll try yours.

I had BH1, S3, MB2 and MH3, and 1900 RPM with 75% swashmix when the heli felt like a fright train to turn over.

2000rpm togehter with different settings, like you suggested and paddles as far out as they can get, usualy do wonders with the cyclic.

Try S2 instead of S3... is recommended !!

BTW, go BH2 and S2 as basic setup, and simply, you may just adjust the "Mh" mxing arm for the sensitive of cyclic. With my recommended setting, we do 80-85% swashmix for 3D. Mine is 85% !

ps: RJX have new 3D paddle released. I will get some by this weekend and try on my X50

Now it is much better.

I believe what did the most was actually setting the paddles as far out as possible.

I have my settings as you recommended, also this have improved the cyclic response, it feels a bit slow when rolling though, have my swash mix set to highest possible without binding.

I have a set of super stubz, will try them on and see what will happen.

must say this heli is xtremly funny to fly

Super Stubz is a good choice !!

If you want a fast roll rate, a Super Stubz or V-paddle is definately can help a lot !! I will install  V-paddle for mine soon

ps: There is also a 3mm flyabr kits for you to minimize the weight.
