Returns
Malfunction items
If the merchandise malfunctions due to a proved manufacturing defect by agency, the customer can get replacement for the same model by report defective item(s) by email within 24 hours after receiving the order. Return the malfunction items to us in its original condition and packaging without any scratch, we will send replacement after the return item arrived and inspected by us. We will bare the shipping charge of sending replacement. Customer need to bare the shipping cost of returning the malfunction item(s).
If the malfunction items items are out of stock, the customers can choose to exchange a coupon in the exact amount of the malfunction items or refund. If the malfunction items were paid by the customers via Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard), refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
PayPal
If any wrong items were received, report wrong item(s) by email within 24 hours after receiving the order. Return the item(s) to us such as airmail in its original condition and packagin without any scratch, we will send the correct item(s) after we received the returned item(s). We will bare all* the shipping costs.*We will only bare shipping cost less than or equal to cost of ordinary airmail.
Only the above situations, we would accept returns.
